breakfast like a king



Pernah dengar x pasal ni?
'breakfast is the most important meal of the day.'

aku nampak ade org angguk2.hee

tp tau x sebab ape breakfast tu penting sampai orang duk cakap breakfast is the MOST important meal of the day?
senanye aku pon xtau gak,yang aku tau kena breakfast sbb pagi2 nanti nak g skolah nk blaja kene banyak energy,tu je.

so aku godek2 la kat intenet apela yang penting sangat kn.pastu jumpa fakta nih,

when we are sleeping,our body will turn into fasting mode.*hey kita puasa time tido!*
then after you woke up from 6-10 hours of sleep,your body will expect to be refuelled. *bukak puasa!*

ramai orang nk lose weight,dorang cut breakfast sbb nak reduce daily calorie intake.but it is a wrong step.sbb ape?ingat x tadi aku ckp kita dah puasa 6-10 jam,kadang sampai doblas jam,lepastu kita x breakfast,so kita jadi lapaa sangat.bila lapa apa kita buat?snacking snacking snacking,and sudah pasti choclate menjadi pilihan.hee.kan?satu bar pon bleh habis beb! kalau xsnacking pon,kita berkemungkinan yang sangat besa untuk amek food banyak2 dan berlebihan time lunch.

tapi bila breakfast,xdekla rasa lapa.so tade rase nk snacking2,and bleh control intake time lunch :)

tak dapat dinafikan ada yang make effort to eat something for breakfast.tahniah.tahniah :D
tapi what did you choose for your breakfast?

naso goreng.nasi lemak.sosej.nugget,bla bla bla.

well.aku rasa korang bleh agak apa akan jadi kalu hari2 duk makan mknan beminyak and belemak.so please people,choose a healthy breakfast :)

a healthy breakfast should consist of protein,complex carb and fibres.


sebab protein and complex carb ni lambat sikit body nk digest.jadinya,protein tu akan stay dalam badan kita dgn lebih lama,so kita tadeklah rasa lapaaa sangat.dia xbuat kita rasa kenyang gila2,tp at least tadeklah krook kreek krook kreek dalam perut.

and kalau kita amek high carbohidrate food time breakfast,kita jadi cepat lapar.sbb,carbohydrate ni senang untuk dihadam.so bila kita makan high carb food ---->blood sugar increase---->body akan turunkan balik sugar ke range normal---->excess blood sugar convert to fat---->


makanan berprotein ni sangat banyak kat atas muka bumi ni.eggs,soy,dairy product bla bla.
tp sebab aku malas nk beli telur bagai,tadek mase nk gi kisar soya tu buat air (sbb kalu ari2 minum air kotak soya tu xelok woo),so aku pon pilihlah the one and only senang cepat sedap lagi sehat 123 herbalife shake!!taraaa!!








woah nmpak cam sedap! memang sedap pon! hehehee.

nak resepi?meh meh!

bahan2:
1)shaker
2)nutritious mixed soy powder drink (f1)
3)blended soy and whey protein powder (f3)
4)air.(nak sedap guna air sejuk/letak ais!)


cara buat:
1)masuk air dalam shaker.
2)letak f1 2 sudu bukit sikit,1 sudu f3.
3)tutup shaker.shake shake.


siap!! minum!! :D


senang kn?heeee.yang gamba tu perisa stoberi,ade lagi prise laen,chocolate(ni ramai org suka),vanilla (aku sukaaa!!),cappucino and topical fruit!


yang penting skarang aku dah xpayah beli sandwich telur/sosej lagi time break pukul 10.perut xbunyik krukkrekkrukkrek,hey bila perut bunyik2 dah xconcentrate tau.aman idup aku perut xbising2 dah.heee.and KURANG bengang kalau lecturer kua lambat.tp still,nak bengang jugak sbb aku dah tepuuu.(cewah tepu la sangat padahal malas yg lebih.haha)




so apa pilihan anda?

btw.. sy pn consume Herbalife.. baru je 2 mggu..
n btul dh x bunyi2 perut..
